Shipping & Refund Policy

1. Monitored Chain of Custody & Dispatch

All synthetic peptide fragments and reference materials are dispatched exclusively from our centralized synthesis facility via audited, temperature-controlled shipping networks. To maintain absolute molecular integrity and compound stability, every production lot is packed under strict laboratory standards. Shipments are only released to verified institutional or corporate addresses; we do not ship to residential locations, PO boxes, or unverified freight forwarders.

2. Transit Protocols & Environmental Monitoring

Due to the sensitive chemical architecture of advanced research reagents, transport parameters are tightly regulated. Shipments undergo end-to-end monitoring during transit to comply with international chemical transport regulations. Once a batch allocation is dispatched, a secure tracking identifier and detailed logistics documentation will be generated and sent directly to the purchasing entity’s registered institutional liaison.

Refund, Cancellation & Quality Audit Policy

1. Allocation Cancellations

Once a procurement request is verified, authorized, and allocated to a specific production lot, the order enters the active synthesis and logistics pipeline. Cancellations are not permitted post-allocation due to the custom and high-purity nature of the compounds.

2. Independent Quality Discrepancy Audits

In the highly unlikely event that a delivered batch fails to align with the absolute analytical standards outlined in its corresponding Certificate of Analysis (COA), the institutional buyer must initiate a formal quality discrepancy review.

• Timeframe: Discrepancy reports must be filed within ten (10) business days of lot receipt at the designated facility.

• Documentation Requirement: The report must be accompanied by independent laboratory analytics, specifically an authenticated High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS) report demonstrating the variance.

• Resolution: Upon validation of the analytical variance by our internal compliance board, Aegis Research Solutions will coordinate a priority replacement from a newly verified synthesis lot or issue an institutional credit. Standard retail-style refunds are not applicable to commercial batch distributions.
