These materials are not approved, engineered, or intended for human diagnostic, therapeutic, or direct clinical application. Procurement requests are validated under the strict assumption that they will be utilized within a designated facility equipped with appropriate chemical handling protocols.

2. Procurement Verification & Allocation Policy

In compliance with chemical distribution frameworks, Aegis Research Solutions operates under an institutional lot allocation system. We do not support individual or retail-level sales. Aegis Research Solutions materials are distributed strictly as bulk chemical reagents for institutional laboratory use. Buyers assume all responsibility for verifying compliance within their own jurisdictions. Aegis Research Solutions does not provide consumer-facing retail packaging. Prior to the dispatch of any reference materials, the purchasing entity may be required to verify their organizational affiliation, laboratory credentials, and intent of research. We reserve the right to decline any procurement request that does not meet our verified compliance standards.

3. Quality Assurance & Independent Validation

Every production lot undergoes rigorous independent verification via High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) and Mass Spectrometry (MS) to confirm absolute structural identity and chemical purity (98%+). Certificate of Analysis (COA) updates and analytical documentation are maintained under strict internal audit and are accessible to authorized institutional buyers upon request.

4. Controlled Logistics & Chain of Custody

Because our compounds require absolute molecular stability, all shipments are managed via monitored, temperature-controlled shipping networks. Once a lot is dispatched from our synthesis facility, chain of custody documentation is maintained until delivery at the designated receiving facility. It is the responsibility of the receiving institution to ensure that compliance with local regulations, proper storage, and secondary handling guidelines are strictly maintained upon receipt.

The purchasing entity assumes total responsibility for compliance with national, regional, and institutional regulations governing the acquisition, storage, and utilization of advanced research reagents.
